FEDERATED WIKI PLATFORM

Ward's Wiki -> Wikipedia

Ward's FedWiki -> Platform for Civic Networks

>This is not the time for learning to use the Federated Wiki. You can each have your own and practice through using it in the setting of CORA.

.

# A platform for democratic creativity.

A self-aware computational platform.

.

The federated wiki is a computing platform with plugins an scripts.

Plugins are the "applications" running on/in the platform. All the code is in GitHub

We have the opportunity to make new plugins and enhance the platform code.

.

**Suggested Approach:** * [ ] Learn about FedWiki Platform from Ward and his small team * [ ] Learn about SCP from Nik Ivancic and Omar AL Zabir * [ ] Learn about MS HealthVault from Sean Nolan

* [ ] Develop US SCP on FW Platform (See Shared Care Plan 1.0 Pages)

* [x] Develop Security and Regulatory Features in this platform

* [x] Explore dental health registries in Sweden.

* [ ] Create patient printouts that meet the needs of the health care professional when meeting with a client

* [x] Develop **secure user controlled machine-to-machine data exchange**

* [ ] Adapt to use cases with users/stakeholders

* [ ] Make read only UI for smart phones and tablets (maybe later?)

.

# Writing and perfecting the federated wiki code that is a necessary "cost" of democracy. Fewer affordances less democracy.

The FedWiki is communication technology for distributed Deliberative Democracy.
