Federated Wiki Shared Care Plan 2.0 would be a reimplementation of the original Shared Care Plan into the Federated Wiki. It would be an open source platform requiring much innovation to meet privacy requirements and interoperability needs with medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, imaging, and behavioral health platforms.
This may be impractical; however, some modest user requirements could likely be met—adapted from the original Shared Care Plan.
